Performance Sample
This performance is the Adagio section of one of Beethoven’s Sonatas. Many years ago, I found myself with a lot of time, a grand piano, and some sheet music from my college days.
If you listen closely, sometimes the right hand plays in groups of four while the left hand is playing in groups of three.
For example, at 2:26, listen to the right hand (higher notes) and count: 1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1
Then, listen again to the left hand (lower notes) and count: 1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3… (continues)
This is a very fun piece and I hope you enjoy it!
This performance is dedicated to my dad and to my Heavenly Father.
- Disclaimer: for those educated in music, consider this to be ‘cut time adagio’!
